Sponsorship and partnership

• You would like to collaborate with us for a special event or highlight of your company’s activities.
• Your support can take the form of a sponsorship or partnership project, which is a marketing action that is subject to VAT and qualifies an advertising expense.
• Your company will also benefit from rewards in the form of publicity and public relations operations that can represent up to 50% of the amount of your donation.

Benefactors + donations of €10,000 or more

• France: €10,000 – 60% tax deduction* – 25% rewards – actual cost to company = €1,500
• Switzerland: Your donations are tax deductible

Donors + donations of €5,000 or more

• France: 3 000 € – 60% tax deduction*- 25% rewards – actual cost to company = €750
• Switzerland: Your donations are tax deductible

Partners + donations of €3,000 or more

• • France: €3,000 – 60% tax deduction*- 25% rewards – actual cost to company = €450
• Switzerland: Your donations are tax deductible

*For taxable income in France, each corporate sponsor can benefit from a tax deduction equivalent to 60% of the amount of its donation, up to a limit of 0.5% of its turnover (2003 Law). The new law (2018-1317) of 28 December 2018 for 2019 (articles 148 and 149), now allows companies to benefit from a new ceiling of €10,000. This alternative ceiling applies to payments made during financial years ending on or after 31 December 2019. The ceiling of 0.5% of turnover remains applicable if it is more advantageous.
