A musical foray into the world of dreams. <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><em>&#8220;Cavalli&#8217;s <\/em>Sinfonia de la Notte<em> gives the instrumentalists the opportunity to display their musical complicity under the watchful eye of Leonardo Garc\u00eda Alarc\u00f3n, who sits behind his harpsichord. Soprano Mariana Flores continued to bring her theatrical flair to the stage with Claudio Monteverdi&#8217;s  <\/em>Voglio di vita uscir<em> . Her supple, beautiful vocals won over the audience. The concert concluded with Barbara Strozzi&#8217;s  <\/em>Che si puo fare<em> . In this piece, voice and instruments alternate, providing room for Flores to showcase her expressive gestures. Fascinating!&#8221;  <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Jean-No\u00ebl D\u00e9mard for Resmusica<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dreaming in music <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cappella Mediterranea, directed by Leonardo Garc\u00eda Alarc\u00f3n, transports us to this magical universe in \u201cSogno di una notte veneziana\u201d. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cOpera emerged as a musical genre when composers like Giulio Caccini began to sing and accompany themselves. This concert gives us the opportunity to pay tribute to these composers who were at the origins of opera. The audience will be invited to take a journey to Venice, where the world&#8217;s first public theatre opened in 1637.
